We develop comprehensive marketing materials, including a Confidential Information Package and a one-page Transaction Summary called a Précis. In addition, we develop a broad list of target buyers using our extensive contacts and databases of strategic and financial acquirers from around the world. We begin the process of prospecting and qualifying client-approved potential buyers, and plan with the client to determine the most desirable deal structure and terms.
We help the client evaluate various offers from buyers and represent the client's interest from initiation of negotiations through due diligence and consummation of a transaction.
